Applicant Qualifications:
- To apply for the Internship program, applicants must either be currently enrolled in hospitality, tourism, or culinary management undergraduate/graduate programs or recent graduates who plan to commence the program within 12 months of their graduation date.
- For the Trainee program, applicants are required to hold degrees in hospitality or tourism management and possess a minimum of 1 year of relevant professional work experience related to their degree. Alternatively, they may also be seasoned career professionals with 5 or more years of experience in the field.
- Flexibility and a willingness to undergo training on a flexible schedule are essential qualities for all applicants.
- In addition to the above requirements, applicants must demonstrate a positive attitude and effective communication skills when interacting with clients and fellow hotel associates. They should also exhibit proactive, detail-oriented, and creative traits, and be enthusiastic team players.
